And to celebrate the occasion, the mistress of macabre herself, Elise McClellan has created a veeery eeerie and phantasmagorically fantastic mixtape to insure a merry Samhain for all!
I'll let Elise herself explain:
"Hauntsel and Grittle.
It's what scared you as a child. It was taboo, foreign and macabre - and when you were scared, sometimes you laughed. And it haunted you, you thought about it later when you made a "cave" in bed late at night with your sheets. Teeth gritted you fell asleep listening for a scratch on the window or door, or Underbed - ready to flash one eye open and see nothing."
